To ship books through the United States Postal Service’s FIRST CLASS MAIL INTERNATIONAL, use the buttons below. This is the most economical way to ship books if you are ordering one or two copies of the hardcover or up to three copies of the paperback.

HARDCOVER: 1 copy - $8.50/2 copies - $14.50
